I’ve been using crystals for quite some time now, and I’ve found that they’re an amazing way to alleviate anxiety and stress.

Angelite

If you are looking for a stone to assist you with stress, anxiety and sleep issues, Angelite is an excellent choice. It is one of the best stones for angelic protection, as well as high vibration healing.

The most common crystal in the world and one that literally every single person should own—is clear quartz! When I first started working with crystals I bought a bunch at once so that I could get an idea of what kind worked best for me individually. 

However, after experimenting with several different companies’ products my favorite turned out not only being affordable but also very high quality!

Smokey Quartz

Selenite is one of my favorite crystals to use during meditation because it helps me feel more centered, calm, and focused when I need it most. 

Selenite also helps with communication by acting as a filter for my thoughts and words before they come out of my mouth (or fingers). 

When we are speaking from our knowledge base versus our intuition or gut instinct, it creates much less stress in our lives—not only for ourselves but also for those around us!

Citrine (Not A Crystal, But It’s Still Beautiful)

Citrine is a quartz crystal that is opaque, meaning it doesn’t allow light to pass through it. Citrine also has a golden yellow color, which makes it an excellent choice for anyone looking to bring more abundance into their life.

Citrine can be used as an energy cleanser and balancer in your home or office, as well as during meditation sessions or other spiritual activities. To cleanse citrine:

Hold the crystal in your hands for about five minutes.

Then move it up and down your body, starting with your feet and moving upwards until you reach your neck (or whatever part of the body feels like it needs some extra love). 

Repeating this process three times will usually work well! Afterward, place the citrine somewhere where it won’t get knocked over or disturbed too much (like under a pillow), so that no negative energy enters its crystals during cleansing time.
